It is the perfect place for groups and families; it has 9 double bedrooms with toilets and TV (plus extra beds and cots), 2 lounges, playing room (pool, table tennis and children’s corner among others), multipurpose room with capacity for 50 guests, swimming pool in the garden, outdoor furniture, covered porch with barbecue area, modern kitchen with « foc de rotlle » showrooms, library and many other comforts such as Internet connections, DVD, etc.

Heretat de Guàrdia is perfectly out of the way but connected to the road and surrounding small towns; it is the best place to live and enjoy with your family and friends. It is located in the heart of the mountains, being the ideal place for rural tourism such as Romanesque routes, trekking, mountain bike, canyoning, canoeing, delightful gastronomy such as mushrooms, hunting and fishing, archery, visits to the Rialb swamp, museums and culture and motorcycling among others.

Completely isolated from any other construction, the Heretat de Guàrdia country house is located in the municipality of Baronia de Rialb in the comarca of Noguera (Lleida – Catalunya); to be précised, it is situated at about 9 miles of the C- 1412b road, between Ponts y Folquer. The house is not visible from the road and you can access to it via a short road which is perfectly signposted and in good conditions.
